Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 May 2026. This policy describes how SpireForge (“we”, “us”) processes information when you use spireforge.app.
Who controls data?
The controller is Nick Krüger, Parkstraße 74, 87439 Kempten, Germany. The same contact channels are published on the imprint page.
What we collect
- Server logs — hosting providers may store IP address, timestamp, URL, and user agent when you request pages or assets.
- Advertising & analytics — if you enable vendors such as Playwire, Google Ad Manager, or similar, those partners may set cookies or advertising IDs, measure impressions, and process technical data to fight fraud. Configure consent banners to match the vendors you actually load.
- Voluntary contact — if you email us, we process the contents and metadata needed to respond.
Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the site, on consent where EU law requires it for non-essential cookies or personalized ads, and on contract where you intentionally use features that necessitate processing.
Retention
Logs follow the retention window configured with your host (often 7–30 days). Marketing records follow vendor defaults unless you override them. Email support messages are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact the address on the imprint. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
SpireForge is aimed at a general gaming audience and does not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without parental consent.
Changes
We will bump the “Last updated” date when this policy materially changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires renewed consent.
